We undertake services for all types of customers such as domestic households, commercial properties and Police services.
We work with a limited number of trusted partners, we may refer such cleaning services to them to undertake.

- To initiate and complete commercial transactions with you, or the entity that you represent, for the purchase of services.
- To fulfil a contract that we have entered into with you or with the entity that you represent. In these circumstances it may be your entity, rather than yourself, that has provided us with your personal data.
- To support one of our clients who may be a data controller for your information.
- To ensure the security and safe operation of our company website and business infrastructure.
- To undertake the procured cleaning service and waste disposal.
- To facilitate & manage any communication between you and us.
What type of information do we collect?
- Any personal & special category information that is relevant to the services we are providing, in most cases this will be provided by the data controller or the data subject.
- Technical Data; this may include internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Criminal offence data be related to the cleaning services we provide for example if we are instructed to clean a drugs lab from a domestic property via a Police service.
All data is treated confidentially at all times. All of our staff and contractors have experience in handling sensitive data and are bound by UK data protections laws.

What are your rights in relation to the personal data we process?
- Access – you can request copies of any of your personal information
- Rectification – you can ask us to correct any incorrect information.

- Right to object or restrict processing – you have the right to object to how your data is being used and how it is going to be used in the future.
- Right to prevent automatic decisions – you have the right to challenge a decision that affects you that has been made automatically without human intervention, for example an online form with an instant decision. Please note that we do not currently undertake any automatic decisions.
Who we share information with
In accordance with our legitimate interests, we may share your information with our trusted partners and contractors. We may contract cleaning service jobs to our subcontractors. We will only share data with such partners where there are strict contractual terms in place for how to handle such data, all processing must be compliant with UK data protection legislation. Where required to by law we need to share information with statutory agencies such as the Police and regulatory bodies such as the Information Commissioners Office.
We share details of financial transaction with HMRC.
Where necessary we may share data with suppliers such as data protection consultants and IT consultants.
