We work with a limited number of trusted partners, we may refer such cleaning services to them to undertake.

What type of information do we collect?

  • Any personal & special category information that is relevant to the services we are providing, in most cases this will be provided by the data controller or the data subject.
  • Technical Data; this may include internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Criminal offence data be related to the cleaning services we provide for example if we are instructed to clean a drugs lab from a domestic property via a Police service.

All data is treated confidentially at all times. All of our staff and contractors have experience in handling sensitive data and are bound by UK data protections laws.

In accordance with our legitimate interests, we may share your information with our trusted partners and contractors. We may contract cleaning service jobs to our subcontractors. We will only share data with such partners where there are strict contractual terms in place for how to handle such data, all processing must be compliant with UK data protection legislation. Where required to by law we need to share information with statutory agencies such as the Police and regulatory bodies such as the Information Commissioners Office.

We share details of financial transaction with HMRC.

Where necessary we may share data with suppliers such as data protection consultants and IT consultants.
